Noël Kingsley
Noël was introduced to the Alexander Technique in 1972. He was trained as a teacher of the technique by a protégé of the founder, F M Alexander in the '80's and has a full time practice in central London. He also now works in Dorset.
Noël regularly appears in the press and TV and has worked with many celebrity and high profile clients. He is the author of ‘Free Yourself from Back Pain – A guide to the Alexander Technique’ published by Kyle Kathie Ltd and 'Perfect Poise, Perfect Life' published by Hodder & Stoughton.'
Noël Kingsley's consulting rooms in London provide a relaxed, comfortable and calm environment in which to benefit from Alexander Technique sessions. His work is specific for the individual and complete confidentiality is assured.
Noël also gives Alexander Technique lessons in Dorset, from his home in Beaminster.
